What’s included?

1. pre-meeting audit

You provide access to all relevant business strategy and documents, as well as access to each of your current marketing channels. If you use it, I need access to it.

I undertake a full audit and deep dive into all areas, from your brand guidelines and tone of voice, to social media and paid advertising.

I build my understanding of your business, your target customers and the market in which you operate.

I identify your strengths and areas for improvement. This forms the basis of our collaborative strategy session.

2. on site strategy session

This collaborative session is for as many members of your team as needed. The more, the merrier.

This session includes practical activities and focused sessions to deep dive into:

  • Your business - Your team, your USP, target customers and growth objectives. In addition to understanding your business and goals, I’ll get to grips with how your business works - the people, processes and structures in place to deliver your marketing activity.

  • The Market - What do your customers want? How are their needs changing and are you positioned to meet these needs? Who are your main competitors and how do you position yourself against them?

  • The Opportunities - What trends do we forsee, how are you positioned? against your competitors? What are you doing well? Where could we make improvements?

  • Channel tactics - Taking all of the above, which channels are most suited to your business, audience and growth objectives. What is the right marketing ‘mix’ for your business?

3. your marketing strategy

Within 2 weeks of our session I will deliver your full marketing strategy and action plan.

Your strategy is tailored to your business and growth objectives, and includes a 6 month roadmap with detailed tactics and activity by channel e.g social media, paid advertising, content strategy. This tells you what to do, when to do it and who you need.

I outline suggested monthly reporting and framework to monitor performance of your strategy and implement changes in the first 6 months to maximise results.

Your strategy also includes full recommendations on budget and resources needed to deliver. This will include external marketing support needed, or recommendations for your in-house team.

What comes next?

Once your marketing strategy is complete and you’ve had time to digest it, we will meet again for a follow up. This is a 2 hour session and our opportunity to explore what comes next.

Most importantly I’m here to make sure your strategy delivers results, and doesn’t sit collecting dust.

Fees start from £2,500 depending on your specific requirements.
